Every member is manually reviewed by the ONE team before they can offer or request services. We check identity and profile details to keep the community authentic.

Reviews & Ratings

After each completed service, both parties can leave a rating and review. Transparent feedback helps members make informed decisions and builds long-term trust.

Provider Credentials

Providers can upload qualifications, certifications, and portfolio evidence. Admin-reviewed credentials are displayed on provider profiles so customers can verify expertise.

Trusted Member Badge

Top-performing members who consistently deliver excellent services, maintain strong reviews, and uphold community standards earn the Trusted Member badge.

Community Standards

Our Community Standards set out the behaviour expected of every member. They cover respect, safety, honesty, and lawful conduct.

See something that doesn't seem right? You can report any profile, listing, or post. Our team reviews every report promptly.
