• Act lawfully and respectfully in all interactions
• Provide accurate personal information
• Only offer services you are genuinely qualified to deliver
• Not engage in fraud, harassment, spam, or unlawful activity
• Report concerns or misuse using the in-app tools

Progressive Verification

Creating an account only requires your basic details and mobile verification — we do not ask for ID or proof of address just to join, browse, or book ordinary services. Additional verification may be requested where there is a legitimate risk trigger, or if you choose to become a verified service provider.

Privacy
